KOYEL BHATTACHARYA SINGING AT THE HOUSE OF COMMONS IN SAUDHA BANGLA MUSIC FESTIVAL
Koyel Bhattacharya, one of the emerging maestros Indian classical vocal music of this time in India is coming to perform at the house of commons as part of the top-notch celebration of Bengali music outside the Indian subcontinent - Saudha Bangla Music Festival - on Monday 12 June 2023.
The festival is returning to London and a few other cities around the UK for 10th year.
Koyel is a senior desciple of Ustad Rashid Khan and the co-founder of Koyental arts in Kolkata. She is touring from India to jojn a few of Saudha's events, production and festivals with her husband, a senior desciple of Pt Subhankar Banerjee and a talented interpreter of Indian classical Tabla tradition Kuntal Das.
