A Taste of Twilight at Welsh Parliament

This event is part of NWAMI's (Guild of Commonwealth writers, artists, performers and centre for cultural engagement) cultural celebration of multicultural integration (Multicultural Integration and the role of Welsh Culture) in collaboration with Sanskruti Centre for Cultural Excellence and Saudha Society of Poetry and Indian Music.
Produced by a leading platform for South Asian Arts in the UK, Saudha Society of Poetry and Indian music and directed by Poet T M Ahmed Kaysher, Taste of Twilight is bringing a unique philosophical interpretation of #Twilight, and whisper hidden in crying crepuscule through hypnotic presentation of poetry by Walt Whiteman, Sylvia Plath, Dylan Thomas, Ahmed Kaysher and Shree Ganguly; spoken-word performances by Erik Schelander, Tanjina Nur-i Siddique, complementing compositions of Sebastian Bach in violin by Dimitra Ananiadou, Harp recital by Emily Harris; haunting visual interpretation through Indian classical dance by award-winning Bharatnatyam dancer and the associate lecturer at the University of Sunderland Ragasudha Vinjamuri; and through lyrically lustrous photography by award-winning photographer Pablo Khaled.
NWAMI's event starts at 5pm and the Saudha's one hour long production will begin at 6pm followed by brief speeches from the the social Justice minister Jane Elizabeth Hutt MS, Sponsoring member of Senedd Mark Isherwood the chairman of NWAMI Dr Sibani Roy, classical dancer Ragasudha Vinjamuri and couple of ministers and MSs yet to be confirmed.
